Terms & Conditions

1. One free engagement or family shoot per couple.
2. Valid for new bookings only — not available to existing clients.
3. This offer is only available as part of a qualifying wedding photography package booking. It cannot be redeemed as a standalone shoot.
4. The complimentary shoot is only activated once the wedding package deposit has been paid.
5. The free shoot must be booked and completed before the wedding date.
6. The shoot location must be agreed with Nathan Sixsmith Photography in advance.
7. Available for locations between Mandurah and the South West only.
8. The shoot is 1 hour in duration and includes a minimum of 30 edited digital images. An online gallery will be delivered and the shoot will be added to your USB drive when delivered.
9. Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the shoot date.
10. Standard travel policy applies — travel between Mandurah and the South West is included at no additional cost. North of river Perth locations incur a $150 travel fee.
11. Subject to availability. Weekday sessions available Monday to Thursday, with occasional Sunday availability.
12. In the event of severe weather the shoot may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. One reschedule is permitted.
13. If the couple does not attend the scheduled shoot without prior notice the offer is forfeited. Rescheduling is permitted if communicated before the booking date.
14. In the unlikely event that Nathan Sixsmith Photography is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, the shoot will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.
15. The editing style of Nathan Sixsmith Photography applies to all images. Requests to replicate the style of another photographer will not be accepted. Minor adjustments may be requested at the photographer's discretion.
16. Nathan Sixsmith Photography retains the right to use images from the shoot for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. Couples who do not wish their images to be used in this way must notify Nathan Sixsmith Photography via email prior to the shoot.
17. This offer is not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
18. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
