Thanks for booking the photo booth. Here is everything you need to know between now and your event.
Around six weeks before your event I will be in touch about your custom print strip design. This is the layout guests see on their printed photo strips, and I will work with you to get it looking exactly how you want it.
There are a few backdrop options available, and the best fit is usually based on your print strip design so everything ties together visually. We will sort this out at the same time as the print design.
To make sure setup goes smoothly, here is what I will need:
A floor plan of the venue showing where the booth will be set up. The booth needs a minimum space of 2.6m x 2.6m.
A power outlet nearby.
Access to the venue 45 minutes to 1 hour before the booth is due to start, for setup. Pack down takes the same amount of time afterwards.
If you are unsure about any of this, check with your venue and let me know. Happy to work around whatever the space allows.
Once the booth is set up, guests can use it throughout the night, as many times as they like. I will be there running it the whole time.
Guests press the big red button, the first photo is taken after 6 seconds, followed by 2 more photos 6 seconds apart. The strip prints in about 20 seconds.
Each go prints two 2x6 inch strips, one for the guest and one for you.
I provide props, but you are welcome to bring your own as well if you have something specific in mind.
All the digital photo booth photos will be sent to you the next day via Google Drive and a private gallery on my website.
The best way to reach me is by email. I will always get back to you within 24 hours, usually sooner.
I am always happy to jump on a call if you would rather chat things through.
If you have any questions at all between now and your event, do not hesitate to reach out. I am here to help make the whole process as easy as possible.
