Thanks for booking me for your wedding video. Here is everything you need to know between now and your big day.
Your Timeline
Around six weeks before your wedding I will be in touch to start planning your timeline. We will work through ceremony time, when key moments like speeches and the first dance are happening, and how it all fits together across the day.
If you have also hired the photo booth, this is when I will get in touch about your custom photo strip design.
I have put together a Wedding Day Timeline Guide with a free planner you can download and fill in. Once it is done, you can send it to all of your suppliers so everyone is on the same page. It makes the whole day run smoother when your celebrant, DJ, coordinator and venue all have the same timeline in front of them.
What I Need from You Before the Day
To make sure nothing gets missed, here is what I will need from you in the lead up to your wedding:
Your ceremony start time and venue address.
Roughly what time speeches and the first dance are happening, so I know where to be and can plan when to move through the reception for the roaming guest book.
Contact details for your key vendors: celebrant, photographer, DJ or MC, and coordinator. It is good to know who I am working with on the day, and it means I can tag them when sharing your video on social media.
You do not need to have all of this sorted straight away. Most of it comes together naturally in the weeks before your wedding, and I will prompt you for anything that is missing.
