The Swan Valley is one of Western Australia's most beloved wedding destinations, and it's easy to see why. Just 25 minutes from the Perth CBD, the valley offers a unique mix of winery estates, boutique breweries, heritage pubs and lush riverside properties, all set against the backdrop of WA's oldest wine region.
I've photographed weddings at many of the Swan Valley's most popular venues and know the region well. Whether you're planning a grand winery reception, an intimate garden ceremony or a relaxed brewery celebration, the Swan Valley has something to suit every couple.
My approach is natural and relaxed. No stiff poses, no awkward directions. Just genuine moments, beautiful light and photos you'll love looking back on for the rest of your lives. I'll help with your timeline, keep the day running smoothly and make sure you both feel completely at ease from start to finish.
Where permitted, I also use a drone to capture aerial photos of your wedding venue and surrounds. The Swan Valley's vineyards, river and estate properties photograph beautifully from above. Drone use is subject to CASA regulations, location restrictions and property owner approval.

The Swan Valley is home to some of Perth's most diverse and beautiful wedding venues. Here are some of the venues I'm available to shoot at:
Winery and Estate Venues
Sandalford Wines is one of Australia's most historic wineries, established in 1840 in the heart of the Swan Valley. With sweeping views over the vineyards and Swan River and multiple ceremony and reception spaces, it's one of the region's most popular wedding destinations. Sittella Winery and Restaurant offers an intimate Mediterranean-style setting with a timber veranda and beautiful gazebo overlooking a lake, seating up to 150 guests. RiverBank Estate is a premium European-style venue with stunning views over the vineyards and Swan River, with a feature fantasy wall and flexible indoor and outdoor spaces. Mulberry Estate in Caversham sits right on the banks of the Swan River with floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic river views and manicured gardens. Mandoon Estate in Caversham offers multiple event spaces including the Wild Swan restaurant, riverside access and the boutique Maya Maya hotel for overnight accommodation.
Rustic and Farm Venues
Chapel Farm Estate in Middle Swan is a venue steeped in history, originally established in 1905, featuring enchanted gardens, waterfalls, a rustic barn and stained glass windows from the 1800s. Brookleigh Estate is a French chateau-inspired equine property with lavish gardens, a day spa and breathtaking grounds set in the heart of the Swan Valley. Lily Farm House in Baskerville is a distinctive venue set on five peaceful acres among the gum trees, featuring rammed earth walls, soaring ceilings and a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.
Brewery and Casual Venues
Bailey Brewing Co is a family-owned brewery venue in the Swan Valley known for its relaxed, good-vibes atmosphere, great food and craft beer. Old Young's Kitchen is a multi-award-winning Swan Valley institution known for its exceptional food, gin distillery and relaxed function spaces.
Heritage and Hotel Venues
Caversham House is one of the Swan Valley's most iconic venues, with stunning gardens, a French provincial-inspired interior and multiple reception spaces. The Vines Resort offers a complete wedding experience with ceremony and reception spaces set among picturesque vineyard and garden surroundings. The Guildford Hotel is a heritage pub in the historic town of Guildford offering character-filled spaces and a relaxed atmosphere. Rose and Crown Hotel in Guildford is one of WA's oldest continuously-operating pubs, with charming heritage character and riverside gardens.
Travel Policy
The Swan Valley is a north of river Perth location. A $150 travel fee applies for weddings in this area.
