Western Australia's South West is one of the most beautiful and diverse regions in the country, and it's home to some truly extraordinary wedding venues. From the rolling hills of the Blackwood Valley and the towering karri forests of Pemberton to the quiet country towns of Harvey, Collie and Donnybrook, the South West offers couples a genuinely special part of the world to get married in.
I'm based in Bunbury and travel throughout the South West regularly. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement in the forest, a relaxed country celebration or a destination wedding that brings your guests together for a whole weekend, I'd love to be your photographer.
My approach is natural and relaxed. No stiff poses, no awkward directions. Just genuine moments, beautiful light and photos you'll love looking back on for the rest of your lives. I'll help with your timeline, keep the day running smoothly and make sure you both feel completely at ease from start to finish.
Travel throughout the South West is included at no additional cost.
Where permitted, I also use a drone to capture aerial photos of your wedding venue and surrounds. The karri forests, river valleys, farmland and coastline of the South West look spectacular from the air. Drone use is subject to CASA regulations, location restrictions and property owner approval.

The South West is home to some of WA's most unique and memorable wedding venues. Here are some of the venues I'm available to shoot at:
Balingup and Blackwood Valley
Jalbrook Estate in Balingup is a private estate set in the tranquil Blackwood River Valley featuring seven deluxe rammed earth spa cottages, manicured lawns, mature specimen trees and multiple ceremony spaces including a forest clearing, tree-lined driveway and country garden. With accommodation for up to 30 guests and capacity for up to 200, it's one of the South West's most complete destination wedding venues. Lewana Cottages is nestled in the heart of the Blackwood River Valley surrounded by towering pines, rolling parkland and a peaceful dam. With exclusive use of the entire property, a rustic heritage-listed barn, a cocktail bar lawn area, on-site accommodation and no curfews, it's perfect for couples wanting a relaxed, nature-filled celebration entirely on their own terms. Linga Longa Estate is an exclusive camping wedding venue set on 700 acres of private forest and rolling hills along the Blackwood River near Balingup. Multiple ceremony sites include a gazebo, lakeside, paddock and the magnificent Forest Cathedral, with a permanent marquee for up to 150 guests and no curfew to rush the evening.
Bridgetown
Bridgetown Gardens Function Centre is set in the beautiful Bridgetown Gardens Estate on the outskirts of Bridgetown, featuring the Instagram-famous Wisteria Walk, a modern well-appointed hall seating up to 100 guests, a paved undercover patio and lawn area, a commercial kitchen and fast Wi-Fi for livestreaming. Peninsula House is a beautiful heritage-listed house in Bridgetown surrounded by 1.8 hectares of extensive gardens, offering a stunning and intimate setting for weddings and private celebrations.
Harvey and Collie
Harvey Springs Estate is set in the heart of the Harvey region and is ideal for weddings and ceremonies of all sizes, offering a beautiful natural setting with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces just a short drive from Bunbury. Old Coast Road Brewery in Myalup is a relaxed 60-acre property halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury, featuring craft beer, cider, artisan spirits, award-winning food and a large grassed area with function spaces catering for up to 350 guests. Harris River Estate is a boutique winery near Collie offering a beautiful rural setting for weddings and events in the heart of the South West.
Manjimup and Pemberton
Stonebarn is a luxury wedding venue and accommodation set on a 160-acre estate in the Manjimup and Pemberton region, surrounded by lush forest, a truffiere, rivers and dams. Designed by a Paris-based architect, the stone lodge combines refinement and natural beauty in a genuinely stunning setting with on-site accommodation for up to 16 guests. Ampersand Estates in Pemberton is a high-end DIY winery venue featuring a vintage 1940s barn, a cellar door, on-site accommodation, breathtaking views and quality artisan beverages, ideal for couples wanting an exclusive, private winery celebration in the Southern Forests. Donnelly River Village is a historic mill town nestled deep in the heart of the South West karri forests, offering over 34 rustic worker's cottages and large function centre facilities that can house all your guests in one place. It's not fancy or silver service, it's something far better: billions of stars overhead, dappled morning light through the trees and a genuine sense of occasion. RAC Karri Valley Resort is set on the shores of Lake Beedelup near Pemberton, surrounded by magnificent karri forests. The lakeside location offers a breathtaking natural backdrop for ceremonies and receptions, with a range of accommodation options for wedding guests. Fontys Pool is set in the heart of the Southern Forest between Manjimup and Pemberton, offering a timber-styled function facility with lavish gardens and manicured lawns overlooking the historic Fonty's Pool, with a marquee option and flexible packages for weddings of all styles.
Travel Policy
All areas of the South West listed on this page are within my standard coverage area and there is no travel fee for couples getting married there.
